Liefernetze fungieren im Gegensatz zu einer lieferantenzentrierten Beschaffungsstrategie als wesentlicher Wegbereiter in der Gestaltung integrierter Lösungsangebote. Dennoch ist der Einfluss von Liefernetzwerken auf das Management von hybriden Produkten weitgehend unerforscht. Vorallem die Entwicklung strategischer Liefernetze bietet Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, langfristige Lieferantenverbindungen zu etablieren. In diesem Beitrag wird eine Erweiterung bestehender Referenzmodellierungen für die Entwicklung strategischer Liefernetze auf die Anforderungen hybrider Leistungsbündel vorgestellt. Diese Entwicklung strategischer Liefernetze umfasst die Funktionen Identifikation, Bewertung und Auswahl von Liefernetzen für einen spezifischen Bedarf eines hybriden Leistungsbündels. Hierzu werden die Datensicht, die Funktionssicht und die Steuerungssicht eines bestehenden Modells erweitert und damit an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse hybrider Leistungsbündel angepasst. Abstract: This paper presents a component framework for inter-organizational collaboration in value networks in the domain of strategic supply network development. The domain chosen extends the traditional frame of reference in strategic sourcing from a supplier-centric to a supply-network-scope. The basic functionality provided by the component framework and discussed in this paper is the dynamic modeling of strategic supply networks and the collaboration between requestors and suppliers in a dynamic network. The corresponding component model is introduced and the functionality provided by the modeling component discussed in detail. The problems of heterogeneity that come up in inter-organizational communication and collaboration will be addressed by introducing a collaboration component that guarantees correct interchange and representation of application data.
